Gain decision altering insights from all stakeholders
Active Next round Seed Denmark SaaSInvolved are working to increase the quality of insights that decision makers have available, by creating a space in which everyone is comfortable sharing their opinions and ideas. They have done so with an app that encourages input from everyone. Instead of having to turn up physically for a meeting to give comments, questions or suggestions, they can be made anonymously. For a lot of introvert people, this is a barrier. But it is not just a barrier for the introverts, also to the companies, because the insights and ideas perhaps won’t see the light of day.
Involved creates a digital, anonymous space where everyone can share their thoughts, exchange ideas, and contribute to discussions. Employees can evaluate and prioritize input while gaining new perspectives. A unique algorithm ensures that no ideas are lost and that everyone has an equal opportunity to be heard.

Imagine a large meeting room, filled with stakeholders who have insights and opinions on the company’s next major focus area – the reason for today’s meeting. But somehow, even though more than 20 intelligent and competent people, with different skillsets, from different departments are gathered, decision makers are not getting the best possible insights – the insights they need to make the best decision. The reason is, that a few people have hijacked the conversation. They are having their own discussion over the topic at hand, not leaving room for other observations, understandings or arguments. They are comfortable, but the rest are not, speaking up in front of everyone – for multiple different reasons. This is the same image at every meeting. But the involvement of every stakeholder is crucial to making the best decisions and thus, what is best for the company. With Involved, leaders have a tool to get everyone involved.
