Robert has a bachelor's degree in psychology and has worked as a trainer in several companies (e.g. Michelin). He is also a serial entrepreneur, and has now used all his experience to build Teamlearn.

Our investment thesis
As the world is progressing towards more and more remote work, the same will be the case for the training of new employees. But most virtual training often falls flat, which results in disengaged employees, who will then retain the important information worse. Robert lives for training people, and the platform he has built, is made to help companies engage their new employees in their training, thus getting onboarded employees who are ready to tackle their job head on.
